THE LEGAL CASE

This case, which is being actively litigated in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, has managed largely to avoid public scrutiny. This is despite the case and its outcome being very much in the public interest. The case documents were sealed until recently. Now documents are being unsealed, albeit in a piecemeal manner. Available documents, including complaints, expert opinions, deposition testimony etc can be found here. We will continue to post these documents as they become available.
